But finally it took me 1 whole day to fix the problem. lately i encountered a problem….i convert a movie using total video coverter but my convertion didnt finish and when i attempt to delete the file i cant delete it and everytime When I got my computer back, the Login Screen was already like the way you just showed us. Other solution is if u can make bottable USB or Floppy disk DOS, and use simple copy function. 3th solution is if u have another operative system on ur computer, and Check This Out
