When I check the file properties, the date shows it has been modified recently and does not show the same dates as the latest explorer file from Microsoft; other info is Windows 7, 64 bit system, 64 bit IE. Option 3 for 32 bit worked after all esle failed. It said that the file was open elsewhere so I couldn't delete it.
