I have already done this and verified that it is not my psu.
Well the solution this time was simple- I replaced the 3-Volt CR2032 battery on the motherboard and then it worked perfectly (besides sleep which I haven't fixed). They just sent mine back to me. To turn off the power supply (if it starts) just remove the "jumper" wires from the main power plug connector. Help? Check that you used the stands that keep the mobo above the case, and ensure that any un-supported portions of the motherboard haven’t bent towards the case's interior.
