The dell setup disk may have had some tweaks to prevent this kinda thing. My system slowed down very bad almost to a crawl. but if it doesnt work ill have to reinstall window. Looking more closely I see that something called "svchost" is taking 100% of my CPU time. I have backed up my mivies, videos etc and my games.
